Product Description:
The power tool is intended as a stand-alone device for sawing wood, plastic, aluminium profiles and similar materials. Other materials, in particular steel, concrete and mineral materials, must not be processed. The KAPEX KS 60 is ideal for mobile use during assembly. It can also be used to cut boards and panels up to 305x60 mm to length and to cut mouldings, profiles and squared timber up to 60 mm thick. In combination with the angle beveller, it is possible to fit skirting boards and cover strips at an exact angle without having to calculate. The KAPEX KS 60 cross-cut saw from Festool impresses with its particularly flawless transfer of angles and thus prevents offcuts, which in turn saves material costs. The angle bevelling and LED light guarantee an optimum view of the workpiece at all times. The Festool double column guide guarantees safe and smooth guidance of the saw blade and the extendable table extension ensures clean working even with longer workpieces. The intermediate feet raise the table of the KAPEX KS 60 to the height of a SYSTAINER SYS 1 T-LOC and Classic. This means that longer workpieces are supported more securely. The cross-cut depth limiter ensures that grooves can be created quickly and the dust extraction unit, in combination with a Festool mobile dust extractor, extracts the dust where it is generated. The Festool saw blades are ideally matched to the KAPEX KS 60 and the materials.
