The Festool KT-TKS 80 cartridge is the centrepiece of the TKS 80 table saw and brings maximum safety to the workshop. The sensitive SawStop technology ensures greater safety when sawing non-conductive metals. The saw stops immediately on contact with the skin and disappears into the work surface. The cartridge releases a pre-tensioned spring and shoots an aluminium block into the saw blade. Once released, the cartridge can be replaced in a few simple steps.
