The fischer chipboard screw PowerFast FPF II is suitable for fixing load-bearing components in coated wood, hardwood, softwood, and timber connections. They ensure powerful connections and a firm tightening in all woods, but also for damage-free fixing of metal parts to wood. The Power-Fast II are chipboard screws with recommended loads in fischer plugs (e.g. DUOPOWER and UX). Thank them, Fischer has succeeded in designing the ideal solution for a clean surface finish with less damage to the metal. With the three ribs on the tips, fast biting and pre-milling are ensured. In addition, those screws have a significantly reduced splitting behaviour in comparison with standards chipboard screws. The Power-Fast II with high-performance wax coating reduces the screw-in torque and eases smooth screw fastening close to the edge. The bottom head geometry with double cone and milling pockets minimizes surface damage, thus ensuring a better look and comfortable surfaces at feel. The increased thread pitch significantly reduces the installation time and enables fast applications. Its increased thread pitch contributes to limiting screwing time, enabling fast assembly. Its shank-miller in combination with the core miller geometry considerably reduce resistance to screwing. This means you can do as much screwing as possible with greater autonomy and less labour. What's more, this new geometry guarantees precise milling and optimum removal of wood fibres, even close to the edges. The galvanic zinc coating, blue passivated, does not contain chrome VI and is therefore very environmentally friendly. The new Power-Fast II with its unique screw geometry combines the highest technical know-how with excellent design. Power Fast II are the chipboard screws for fast and flexible processing.
