HECO presents TOPIX-plus, a professional wood screw specially designed for work in the wood construction sector. It convinces with four of the best features of other screw types, including its certified Heco Drive and GripFit mechanism, which guarantees a perfect fit of the screw head on the bit, making one-handed work easier. In addition, it is compatible with the T-Drive and its patented integrated Magic Close technology ensures the assembly of wooden parts without any gaps and without prior stress. Thanks to its technology, an additional installation of its thread allows perfect performance in all wood applications. It is equipped with a patented HECO-TOPIX tip which considerably reduces the risk of wood splitting in order to reduce the distance between the edge and the centre. Its versatile properties make it perfectly suited for all types of work: Facade screwing, box screwing, fixing the board covering, fixing an installation level, insulation above the rafters, connection between the main rafters and the rafters, fixing the rafters, OSB boards and fixing accessories. This screw also features a 8 μm thick zinc coating which is generally free of chromium VI. HECO is a company with a pure tradition that has been in existence since 1888.
