Product description:

This powerful STA 18 LTX 140 cordless jigsaw of the manufacturer Metabo impresses in the best possible way. It has a cutting depth of up to 140 mm in wood, up to 35 mm in non-ferrous metals and up to 10 mm in sheet steel. Its handy handle with softgrip surface enables long working days without fatigue. Thanks to its variable stroke rate, pendulum stroke and low-lying saw blade guidance with spring support this STA 18 LTX 140 ensures a precise and material-matched sawing. It is equipped with the Metabo "Quick" function for changing saw blades without tools and with automatic ejection. It also performs thanks to the automatic soft start stroke acceleration. The selectable shaving blower and the integrated LED light ensure a clear view and illumination of the cutting line. In adddition, it has tool-less adjustable footplate with rest points which facilitates bevel cuts. This jigsaw offers a Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) Full Wave Electronics for working at customized strokes to suit the application material and speeds that remain almost constant, even under load. The optimum gear and motor design as well as the robust die-cast aluminium gear housing guarantee a long life service.
