Applications: flexible hose for gases, abrasive dusts, powders, fibres, conveying dry and frozen foods and pharmaceuticals, mixers, dryers, packaging machines, big bag filling/emptying, mills, suction arms, clean room ventilation, semiconductor manufacturing machines, medical devices/healthcare: Cable protection, air and suction hose Features: lightweight and reinforced design, highly flexible + compressible 3:1, abrasion-resistant, approval in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 and EC 1935/2004 and the latest EU Regulation 2015/174 by an independent testing institute for the entire hose, polyurethane food-safe in accordance with: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and 178.2010, odourless and tasteless, resistant to microbes and hydrolysis, good resistance to oil, petrol and chemicals, very good low-temperature flexibility, RoHS compliant, approval in accordance with EU Regulation 10/2011 (food simulants A, B, C or E and D2) and EC 1935/2004, manufacturing process in accordance with GMP EC 2023/2006 Construction: 1. Wall: special premium ether polyurethane (Pre-PUR ® ), 3. wall thickness approx. 0.6 mm Temperature range: -40 °C to +90 °C, briefly up to +125 °C Delivery variants: other versions, dimensions and lengths available on request
