Das Set erfüllt meine Erwartungen vollkommen und hat die perfekte Größe. Die Tasche bietet genügend Platz, ist aber nicht zu groß, um unhandlich zu sein. Die Trinkflasche und die Brotbox sind ebenfalls sehr gut und bestehen aus hochwertigem Material.

Toller Service trotz Defekt nach 2 Monaten

Ich habe die Lunchbox vor 2 Monaten gekauft und war zunächst sehr zufrieden. Leider ist sie nun defekt, was meiner Meinung nach bei einem Produkt für Handwerker nicht passieren sollte.

Ich habe mich daher an den Kundenservice gewendet, um eine Reklamation zu veranlassen. Innerhalb von nur 3 Tagen habe ich bereits Ersatz erhalten. Das nenne ich wirklich herausragenden Service!

Aus diesem Grund vergebe ich volle 5 Sterne für die schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Trotz des Defekts bin ich also insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Produkt und dem Kundenservice.

Ein praktisches und vielseitiges Werkzeugset
