Product Description:

The Festool TS 55 F plunge saw is ideal for precise plunge cuts in materials up to 55 mm thick, making it perfect for cutting interior doors to length, trimming sheet materials, creating expansion joints in parquet floors and shadow gaps, as well as cutting and working with gypsum fibre boards. Thanks to the guide wedge, the plunge saw ensures safe working and easy re-entry into an existing cut. The transparent, sliding viewing window gives you a clear view of the marking line and saw blade at all times. The spring-loaded guide wedge extends beyond the saw blade, preventing jamming and making it easier to re-enter existing cuts. The newly installed control electronics enable speed regulation for temperature monitoring and rapid braking, thus ensuring optimal adaptation to the material. Thanks to the FastFix spindle stop, changing the saw blade is very simple. In just a few steps, the correct saw blade is fitted and the appropriate speed setting for material-specific sawing is selected, thereby guaranteeing that you always work in a manner suitable for the material. The flat housing offers maximum flexibility when working, with an angle adjustment featuring a undercut function from -1 to 47°. The new Systainer SYS3 M 337, with its proven base design, provides secure and portable storage for the saw and its accessories – now also compatible with the bott vario3 vehicle racking system.
